Do you do pick-ups/drop offs/meet ups?

We have a pick up option as well as local delivery and standard shipping.

I have very dry skin, especially in colder months. What do you recommend?

Unlike lotions that are mostly water and need constant reapplying, our Glow Butters are concentrated with real butters and oils that help lock in moisture and keep your skin soft all day. Many of our customers with dry or eczema-prone skin say it’s the only thing that works for them during colder months.

How natural are your products?

A: Our products are about 95% natural, made with high-quality, naturally-derived ingredients like shea butter, mango butter, grapeseed oil, and arrowroot powder. These are ingredients your skin can actually recognize and benefit from.

The other 5%? We include a paraben-free preservative (Optiphen Plus) and fragrance oils to keep your products safe, long-lasting, and smelling amazing.

So while we're not 100% natural, we're 100% transparent—and everything we use is intentional and safe.

Why are you using preservatives?

We use a gentle, paraben-free preservative (Optiphen Plus) to keep your products safe from bacteria, mold, and contamination. It helps extend shelf life—especially since our products are made with real butters and oils and often used with wet hands. It’s all about keeping your skin safe while still being sensitive skin-friendly.

Will your products help with eczema?

We don’t claim to treat eczema, but many customers with eczema-prone skin say our butters help with dryness and soothe irritation. They’re made with gentle, hydrating ingredients like shea butter and grapeseed oil.

Are your pre-orders in stock?

Sometimes. Pre-ordering is just a way to secure your order and have it shipped before a certain date! Products sell quickly so this is for the ones who want to make sure they get their products before they sell out.

Turnaround Time & Processing

Turnaround time takes 1-3 business days unless noted otherwise.

If your order was placed on a Friday-Sunday, it will be shipped the following week.

Lost Packages/Complaints/Order Cancellation:
